Carlos Palacios

Carlos Palacios was an outfielder for the Mexican national team in the 1990 Goodwill Games and 1990 Baseball World Cup. In the latter event, he hit .385/.448/.615 and had 19 error-free chances in right field. He led Mexico's regulars in OPS but did not make the All-Star team as Shinichi Sato, Angel Morales and Rikkert Faneyte were chosen instead.
