Carol V. Davis
Biographical Information[edit]
C.V. Davis played briefly for the 1946 Cairo Egyptians. He served in the Army in the Korean War. He worked for the Chicago White Sox from 1956-1976, including being director of player development and scouting director. From 1977-1982, he was an administrator for the Chicago Cubs. He was a Midwest scout for the Houston Astros from 1983 until his death. He signed Mark Baker.
