Bump Holman
Harry R. "Bump" Holman
Bump Holman was the son of Brooklyn Dodgers Director Bud Holman. In 1957, the Dodgers were the first MLB team to purchase an airplane, and Bump was the team's pilot. [1]
Bump later ran an air-charter business at the Vero Beach Municipal Airport, which is adjacent to Dodgertown (the Dodgers longtime spring training facility). [2]
