Biographical Information[edit]

Bud Middaugh was head baseball coach at the University of Michigan for a decade beginning in 1980. Under his watch, the team won six Big Ten Conference titles and made four College World Series appearances. However, he eventually resigned due to various NCAA infractions.

Middaugh was head coach at Lorain Admiral King High School in 1964-1966 and an assistant coach at Miami University in 1967. He was then the head coach from 1968 to 1979, before moving on to Michigan. He was 359-173 at Miami and 465-146-1 at Michigan.
