Bruno Vachier was a pitcher for the Puerto Rican national team in the 1972 Amateur World Series, 1973 FIBA Amateur World Series and 1974 Central American and Caribbean Games. In the 1973 Series, Puerto Rico won a Silver Medal and in the 1974 Games, they won the Bronze Medal. He allowed 7 hits, 3 walks and 5 runs (2 earned) in 7 innings, fanning six. He was 0 for 2 with a walk at the plate.
