Biographical Information[edit]
Browning Nagle was a star pitcher in high school but did not play baseball in college, opting to focus on football. The California Angels still took him in the 51st round of the 1991 amateur draft, 10 rounds after future NFL receiver O. J. McDuffie. Nagle also went on to the NFL, throwing 8 touchdowns and 20 interceptions in a poor career; he had a 53.5 career QB rating. He was the main starter for the 1992 Jets.
