Biographical Information[edit]

The Baltimore Orioles drafted Branden Becker in the 17th round of the 2015 amateur draft from Cajon High School. Becker played second base, third base, and shortstop in his five years in the Orioles organization. He reached High A ball briefly in 2017 with the Frederick Keys and retired in May, 2019.

In 2020 the Orioles hired Becker to be the fundamentals coach for the Aberdeen IronBirds before the minor league season was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. He was then a hitting coach for the FCL Orioles Orange in 2021 and Bowie Baysox in 2022.

Becker left coaching after the 2022 season and went into business. He actually started his business career while still a player. He joined FCL Labels in late 2018 as a Warehouse Tech worker and ascended through the organization to become the company's General Manager in 2023. He remained in the latter position through 2024.[1]

Branden is the younger brother of Jordan Becker.
