Brad Holland has been a college coach and a scout.
Holland was assistant coach at McNeese State University (1993-1997) and the University of Louisiana at Monroe (1998-2000). From 2001-2006, he was 150-137 as head coach of Louisiana-Monroe. He then became a Philadelphia Phillies scout, signing Logan Moore, Marshall Schuler and Tyler Viza.
