Brad Guy pitched in the minor leagues and the CPBL.

Guy was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 27th round of the 1997 Amateur Draft, and he went 5-1 with a 1.88 ERA for the Erie Sea Wolves. He was 6-4 with a 3.02 ERA for the Augusta GreenJackets in 1998, and he had a 6-6 record with 10 saves and a 4.11 ERA for the Lynchburg Hillcats in 1999. Guy then went 4-6 with a 3.53 ERA for the Altoona Curve in 2000, and he was 3-4 with a 4.03 ERA in 2001. He reached AAA in 2001, and his ERA was 4.24 in 22 appearances.

The Californian stayed in Altoona for the next two seasons, and his ERA was 3.17 in 26 games in 2002 and 5.79 in 8 games in 2003. He went to the Philadelphia Phillies in the middle of the 2003 season, and he recorded a 4.96 ERA in 31 relief outings for the Reading Phillies. Guy pitched for the Nashua Pride as a starter in 2004, and he was 11-11 with a 4.89 ERA. The Sinon Bulls of Taiwan signed him in 2005, but Guy was 1-2 with a 6.20 ERA. He signed with the Brockton Rox after leaving Taiwan, and he was 1-4 with a 5.17 ERA in the rest of the 2005 season. Guy was 9-5 with a 2.93 ERA in 2006 in Brockton, and he went 2-7 with a 3.49 ERA for the Sioux City Explorers in 2007. He announced his retirement after the 2007 season.
