Biographical Information[edit]
Boyd "Jelly" SoRelle played football, basketball, and baseball at Baylor University from 1933 to 1937. He then pitched in the minors from 1937 to 1948, missing the 1942-1945 seasons. He pitched almost entirely in the Texas League with two brief stops in the American Association.
SoRelle was the coach at Baylor University from 1954 to 1957. He passed away after suffering a heart attack at home.
