Bob Wease
Bob Wease is an owner, general manager and field manager in the summer collegiate Valley Baseball League. Wease played college baseball at Shenandoah University then James Madison University. During this time he played in the summer for VBL teams New Market Rebels (1967) and Harrisonburg Turks (1968). In 1990 he became owner/GM of the Harrisonburg Turks and the following year they won the VBL championship. In 2002 Wease appointed himself field manager of the Turks. In that time they have missed the playoffs only once and won the 2012 VBL championship. Bob Wease is the winningest active manager in the Valley League.
