Biographical Information[edit]
Bob Uhl pitched one game for the 1938 Chicago White Sox and one game for the 1940 Detroit Tigers. In two innings of work, he gave up no earned runs.
His minor league career was spent in Texas, with several years spent playing for Dallas. In one of his best years, he went 16-12 with a 2.95 ERA and a league-leading 205 strikeouts.
He is not to be confused with another pitcher of a similar name, Bob Buhl.
