Biographical Information

One year wonder Bob Botz made 35 relief appearances with the Los Angeles Angels in 1962, going 2-1 with a 3.43 ERA in 63 innings while walking only 11 and striking out 24. The following year, he was dealt to the St. Louis Cardinals prior to Opening Day, made four minor league appearances, and hung 'em up.
