Biographical Information[edit]

Undrafted out of college, pitcher Blake Brannon was signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2007. He has played three seasons in their organization, pitching primarily out of the bullpen at the Class A level. He split 2007 between the Ogden Raptors (0-1, 6.00, 16 K in 15 IP) and the Great Lakes Loons (2-2, 8.82 in 13 G). In '08, he allowed 4 runs in 7 2/3 IP for the Inland Empire 66ers and was 2-0 with a save and a 2.86 ERA for Great Lakes, fanning 44 and allowing only 18 hits in 34 2/3 IP, though he walked 18.

Brannon was 1-0 with a 2.81 ERA in 12 games for Great Lakes and 0-3 with a 4.54 ERA in 19 for Inland Empire.
