Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Bill Pulsipher was selected by the New York Mets in the second round of the 1991 amateur draft and reached the majors with the club four years later, in 1995 as part of the very hyped "Generation K" that unfortunately failed to deliver on its promise.
After bouncing around several organizations over the next decade, he played in the independent Atlantic League. He made a return to the majors in 2005, appearing in 5 games with the St. Louis Cardinals. Pulsipher later played with the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League. He was pitching coach of the Winnipeg Goldeyes in 2012.
