Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Parese was 1 for 19 for the 1965 Johnson City Yankees, the extent of his pro playing career. He later was a San Francisco Giants scout from 1982-1989, signing Craig Colbert. He died of a heart attack at age 47. His son B.J. Parese played in the minors.
