Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Jackowski began his umpiring career in the 1946 Blue Ridge League. He then moved to the Florida International League in 1947, Interstate League in 1948 and the American Association from 1949 through August 19, 1952. Jackowski was a National League umpire from 1952 to 1968. he worked three World Series, in 1958, 1960 and 1966, as well as three All-Star Games.
