Biographical Information[edit]
Elbridge Rust "Bill" Dam played one game for the 1909 Boston Doves. He went 1-for-2 with a double and a walk, giving him a batting line of .500/.667/1.000. In left field, he had one put-out and no errors.
Dam was born in the Boston area, in Cambridge, MA, and played in the New England League.
After baseball he did something that logically connects with the Eastern seaboard - he was a shellfish dealer.
