Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Bill Cooper played in the minor leagues from 1982 to 1988. He spent most of his career in the Detroit Tigers system, but spent part of 1984 in the Seattle Mariners organization. In his third campaign, 1984, he went 2-10 with a 4.91 ERA in 28 games (12 starts) between three clubs; a couple years later, he was 11-8, 3.70 in 26 starts between two teams. He was 36-44 with a 4.29 ERA in 153 games (114 starts) over seven seasons. He peaked at Double A.
