Biographical Information[edit]
Betty Carveth pitched in the AAGPBL for two teams in 1945; the Rockford Peaches and Fort Wayne Daisies. She was one of the sixty-eight Canadian players in the league's history. Her and fellow league player Millie Warwick were Special Ambassadors at the first Women's Baseball World Cup, in 2004 Women's Baseball World Cup. They were both inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame along with all other Canadian AAGPBL players as a group.
