Biographical Information

Bert Parke helped bring baseball back to Little Rock, AR in 1960. He was treasurer of the Little Rock Travelers in the 1960s and 1970s and then was President from 1980-2010. He was inducted into the Texas League Hall of Fame in 2015, shortly before he died. He had served in the US Air Force from 1952-1953 and worked at the family company, Democrat Printing & Lithographing Company, after his military service, rising to Board Chair.
