Biographical Information[edit]
Berdy Harr was head coach at Lynwood High School from 1967 to 1970 before becoming an assistant coach at California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo from 1971-1972. He was then head coach at Cal Poly from 1973-1983. He retired with a 297-249-5 record and coached both Ozzie Smith and Mike Krukow in college. He died in 1990 and was inducted into the school's Hall of Fame in 1999.
