Biographical Information

Art Schwind played one game in the majors, going 1-for-2.

Schwind played for the 1912 Boston Braves, as well as teams in Galesburg and Ottawa that same season. He spent 1913-16 playing in the Texas League, and 1917 playing for Tacoma.

TheDeadballEra.com says he worked as a fire alarm operator after his baseball days.
