Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Art McDougall spent 12 years in the minor leagues, playing from 1929 to 1940. Six of those years were spent in the Pacific Coast League.

The hurler went 111-98 overall. He won a career-high of 17 games twice -- in 1932 for the PCL's San Francisco Seals and in 1939 for the Texas League's San Antonio Missions -- and posted a career-best ERA of 3.27 for the Seals in 1931 (per records available; his 1929 ERA in unknown).
