Art Ehlers
Arthur H. Ehlers

- Died February 7, 1977 in Baltimore, MD USA
Art Ehlers owned the Crisfield Crabbers and Pocomoke City Red Sox of the Eastern Shore League [1] [2]. He then was business manager of the Reading Chicks in 1940. Ehlers was the president of the Interstate League from 1941 to 1945. He was then farm director for the Philadelphia A's from 1946 to 1950, then GM until 1953. Ehlers then served as GM of the Baltimore Orioles in 1954. Ehlers was a scout for the Orioles from 1957 to 1977.
