Arn Tellem
Arn Tellem is a player agent with clients including Hideki Matsui, Jason Giambi, Randy Wolf and Kei Igawa. He got into the business in the late 1970s when, after his graduation from law school, former minor leaguer Steve Greenberg joined the Los Angeles, CA law firm in which Tellem was a partner. Tellem had grown up idolizing Greenberg's dad, Hank Greenberg, and the two went into the player agent business together, although Greenberg left in 1989 to become deputy Commissioner of baseball.
In 2012, Tellem was part of one of the most prominent groups bidding to acquire the Los Angeles Dodgers from Frank McCourt. He had allied himself with Greenberg and with hedge fund investor Steve Cohen.
