Biographical Information

Angel Miranda's nickname is "Chimilón".

Angel remained active as a pitcher for the Caguas Creoles in the Puerto Rico Winter Baseball League as of 2006. Also, he was a professional wrestler with the World Wrestling Council (WWC) in Puerto Rico. In the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games, Miranda had a 3.75 ERA and no decisions, striking out 13 in 12 innings.

In the Americas Qualifier for the 2008 Olympics, Miranda allowed one run in one inning for Puerto Rico.
