Biographical Information

Andy Sadowski pitched for the Bridgewater State University Bears from 2011-2014 while earning a degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching.

After college Sadoski took a number of baseball related jobs according to his LinkedIn page [1], though these could not be verified by other sources.

• Summer 2015 Associate scout for the Detroit Tigers working in the Cape Cod League
• 2016 Minor league video associate for the Jackson Generals
• 2017-2018 Minor league video/Trackman specialist with Norfolk Tides
• 2019 Worked in Player Development/Sarasota Operations with the Baltimore Orioles

Starting in 2020 Sadoski joined the coaching ranks with the Orioles. He is one of several Orioles coaches who did not follow the traditional player directly-to-coaching pipeline. He was scheduled to be a pitching coach for one of the DSL Orioles teams in 2020 before COVID-19 extinguished the minor league season. He was the pitching coach for the DSL Orioles 2 in 2021, FCL Orioles in 2022-2023, and Delmarva Shorebirds in 2024.
