Biographical Information

Andrew Craig graduated from Utah Valley University in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. According to his LinkedIn profile,[1] Craig worked in a variety of positions before attaining his current status. He served an internship in 2017 with the Orem Owlz and returned to the team in 2019 as a clubhouse manager. From 2018-2019 Craig worked as the Director of Baseball Operations for the RA Baseball Academy. He took a step up in 2020 as an associate intern for the Tampa Bay Rays, followed by a Player Development Associate position with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2021.

The Chicago Cubs hired Craig in 2022 as an Assistant Minor League Video Coordinator/Mesa Development Coach where he managed a team of interns along with other responsibilities. Craig moved further into a coaching role in 2023 as a development coach for the ACL Cubs with a focus upon pitching performance. He retained this role in 2024.
