Biographical Information[edit]

Andrew Brown was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 18th round of the 2007 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Steve Gossett and made his pro debut that summer. Brown played parts of four big league seasons with three teams, with his career highlight being a three-run homer off Stephen Strasburg on Opening Day 2014 for the New York Mets. He spent the 2015 season with the SK Wyverns of the KBO, batting .261 with 28 bombs and 76 RBI, numbers that dwarf his career big league numbers (.220, 14 homers, 45 RBI in 144 games).
