Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Allan Suter helped Wisconsin win the Big Ten Conference title in 1952. He played for the Hamilton Cardinals of the St. Louis Cardinals system in 1953, going 9-3 with a 3.71 ERA in 13 games (12 starts), hitting .294 at the plate. He also appeared in a couple games for the Triple-A Columbus Red Birds, getting no decisions. He was in the military police in Georgia for two years. He taught and coached in the Vicksburg School system for 32 years, mostly in junior high school.
He later became a prolific writer, authoring numerous mathematics books.[1]
