Biographical Information[edit]

Allan Inestroza has played for the Honduran national team.

He debuted in the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games Central American Qualifier, pinch-running for catcher Walter Aguilar against Guatemala and staying in the game. He flew out against Carlos Polanco his first time up then doubled off Diego Martinez. He was Honduras's main DH after that, finishing the event 3-for-9 with a RBI. He had five putouts and an assist his one game behind the dish. He tied Jose Bernardez for 5th on the team in hits. [1] In the 2023 Pan American Games Qualifying Tournament, he was 2-for-5, backing up Jorge Zavala at 1B and playing DH one game. He had one of their two hits off Team Canada's Travis Seabrooke and one of their four hits off Peru's Ken Ishihara. Despite being a part-timer, he tied Zavala, Aguilar and Moises Mena for the team lead in hits and had the best average of the group; Honduras hit .138 as a team. [2]
