Biographical Information[edit]
Alex Skepton has played in the Australian Baseball League and for the Australian national team.
Skepton represented Australia in the 2019 U-18 Baseball World Cup, hitting .267/.267/.333; he had 12 putouts, one assist and no errors. [1] He played 31 games for the Brisbane Bandits in 2023-2024, and his batting line was .330/.408/.606 with 8 homers. He led the league in slugging and OPS. Skepton also represented Australia in the 2023 Asia Professional Baseball Championship, and he was 0-for-1 against Chinese Taipei. He went 0-for-3 versus Japan, and he was 0-for-1 against Chinese Taipei in the Bronze Medal Game.[2] He made it onto Australia's roster for the 2024 U-23 Baseball World Cup.
