Alan Mauthe
- Born July 30, 1964 in White Rock, BC Canada
Alan Mauthe played four years for Team Canada, appearing in the 1985 Intercontinental Cup, 1987 Pan American Games, 1987 Intercontinental Cup and 1988 Olympics. He never appeared professionally as a baseball player. He became a hitting coach with the Boston Red Sox in the early 21st Century, working with the GCL Red Sox (2003-2004) and Lowell Spinners (2005-2007). In 2008, he worked with Draci Brno in the Czech Extraliga and with the Czech national team early in the year, before the short-season minor leagues began play. Prior to joining the Red Sox, he spent the previous 11 years as owner and head instructor of his Extra Innings Baseball Academy in British Columbia.
