Biographical Information[edit]
Al Bradley played one game for the 1884 Washington Nationals of the 1884 Union Association, appearing in center field and handling three chances without an error. At the plate he did not get a hit but received two walks. He had previously played for Altoona in the Western Interstate League, and the game he played for Washington was against Altoona.
Although the BR database shows Al as playing 13 innings, the game was a normal nine-inning affair. The Nationals did score 13 runs, however. Source: Sporting Life, May 28, 1884 issue.
