Biographical Information[edit]

Adam Dimino played professional baseball briefly.

Dimino tied the Finger Lakes Community College record for wins (9) in 2006 and set the record for batting average (.483) a year later. Through 2015, he held school records for career hits (122, 16 ahead of Khyle Dimino, his brother, the runner-up), RBI (84, 1st by 12) and average (.444, 1st by .033). He was also second with 48 steals (half his brother Khyle's total). He and Khyle both transferred to SUNY Cortland; Adam hit .400/.468/.509 in 2008 but struggled on the hill (6 BB, 3 R, 0 outs). Neither played in 2009; in 2010, Adam batted .335/.441/.495 with 56 runs in 49 games and 15 steals in 16 tries.

Adam played for the Taos Blizzard in 2013, going 7 for 15 with 5 walks, a double, homer, 9 runs and six RBI in 10 games. He also pitched two games (1 R in 1 2/3 IP). His home run came the same day his brother Khyle went deep for Taos; they were the first brothers to go deep in the same Pecos League game. Their father Tom Dimino had also played pro ball.
