Biographical Information[edit]
Adam Bernero appeared in the majors each season from 2000 to 2006, posting an unfortunate 1-12, 6.08 line with the miserable 2003 iteration of the Detroit Tigers before being dealt that July to Colorado for Ben Petrick. He missed the entirety of 2007 following Tommy John surgery and finished his career in the minors for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2008. Bernero became a pitching coach with the Bluefield Blue Jays in 2018.
