42 Faith
42 Faith: The Rest of the Jackie Robinson Story is a book by Ed Henry and published in 2017. It traces the role of religion in the life and career of Jackie Robinson as well as some of those who crossed his path, like Branch Rickey, Carl Erskine and Ralph Branca. While the author inserts himself too frequently into the story (we don't need to hear over and over about his IHOP interview with Erskine) and repeats some points, the book is very helpful in emphasizing how religion helped Robinson and Rickey make history and overcome adversity.
