2022-2023 Liga Élite del Béisbol Cubano

The 2022-2023 Liga Élite del Béisbol Cubano (English: Cuban Elite League) season was the 1st ever edition of the Liga Élite del Béisbol Cubano. It is an autumn and winter league, compared to the Cuban Serie Nacional running during the spring and summer. The league commenced on October 22, 2022, and finished on January 22, 2023. The champion advanced to the 2023 Caribbean Series.

Agricultores were the inaugural champions, beating Portuarios 4-3 in the final.
