The 2016 Association of Independent Institutions baseball tournament was held May 7-10 at Grizzly Baseball Complex in Lawrenceville, GA. #1 Georgia Gwinnett College defeated #2 Clarke University for the title. Jereid Woods of Georgia Gwinnett was named MVP.
