2010 Topps All-Star Rookie Team

The following players were members of the 2010 Topps All-Star Rookie Team. Their 2011 Topps baseball cards will be imprinted with a gold trophy symbol.

For the first time, a relief pitcher was named to the team, in addition to a right-handed and left-handed pitcher. Neftali Feliz, the American League Rookie of the Year was the first pitcher so honored.
