1991 Triple-A Classic
The 1991 Triple-A Classic was the 54th and final meeting between the champions of the American Association and International League in a postseason series. The Denver Zephyrs won the city's first American Association title since 1983, while the Columbus Clippers won the International League's Governors' Cup for the first time in four years.
The Zephyrs won the series, giving the AA a perfect record in the event (4-0). It was Denver's first win in an interleague series since the 1957 Junior World Series.
Game 4 was delayed a day because the Clippers' equipment was left behind in Denver.
