The 1991 Holland Series was won by Levi's Neptunus, managed by Charles Urbanus Jr. They swept Mr. Cocker HCAW/Tijgers in the final to win their second Hoofdklasse crown. Neptunus's Eric de Bruin set a Series record with six hits in a game; Marcel Kruyt also played for Neptunus. Roy Berrevoets played for HCAW. Beaten in the playoffs were Kinzo Nicols and TAS Detach Pirates.
