1978 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championship Series
The 1978 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference championship series was held in Slippery Rock, PA. The series was scheduled to begin on May 5, but rain caused postponements on the 5th and 6th. The series became a single game played on May 7th. Western division champion Slippery Rock State College defeated Eastern division champion Shippensburg State College for the title.
