Biographical Information[edit]
Zach Cole played college ball at Harper College (2017), Hiwassee College (2018), and North Park University (2019). In 2020 he worked as a student assistant coach for the Vikings and completed his degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. During this period he also worked as a Technology Analytics Assistant Coordinator for Elite Baseball LLC.
The Baltimore Orioles hired Cole in 2021 for the dual role of Minor League Technology Coordinator and Development Coach. He was stationed at the Orioles' minor league complex and worked with both the FCL Orioles Black and FCL Orioles Orange teams. Cole served as the hitting coach for the Aberdeen IronBirds in 2022-2024.
