Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Yung-Han Chang played in the CPBL for 7 years.

Chang was drafted by the Sinon Bulls in the third round of the 2011 CPBL Draft, but he mainly stayed in the minor league in his first two seasons, only playing 28 games with the big club. He broke out in 2014, hitting .293/.349/.363 with a career-high 11 doubles. He also won the CPBL Most Improved Player Award. However, Chang looked like a fluke in 2015 as his batting fell to .206/.233/.289, and he was placed in the minor league for the majority of the remainder of his career. He only played 33 more games combined with the big club in the next 5 seasons, and he announced his retirement after the 2020 season.

Overall, Chang hit .261/.318/.349 with 130 hits and 23 doubles in 7 seasons in the CPBL.
