Biographical Information

Yong-soo Son was drafted by the Lotte Giants in the 4th round of the 1998 KBO draft, and he decided to go to college first. He spent his 2002 and 2003 seasons in the military, and he represented South Korea in the 2003 Baseball World Cup (allowing two unearned runs in his lone inning of work). Son only pitched one game for their big club in 2004, and he was released after the 2005 season.
