Biographical Information

Yasushi Yamamoto was a scout for the Kintetsu Buffaloes then became the Seattle Mariners' first full-time scout in Japan in 2004. He signed Hisashi Iwakuma and Pedro Okuda. He had previously coached PL Gakuen High School and Hosei University. His father is Japanese Baseball Hall of Famer Kazuto Tsuruoka.
