Biographical Information

William Morgan was editor of a couple of baseball newsletters in Britain from 1963-1989 and was a top baseball historian in Britain. He was also Treasurer and Information Officer for the governing bodies of British baseball. He was an inaugural selector for the British Baseball Hall of Fame then was enshrined himself in 2013.
