Biographical Information[edit]

Wilgeny Pérez pitched one game for the Dominican national team that won Bronze in the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games, allowing two hits (including a Rafael Rivas homer), a walk and two runs in two-thirds of an inning against Venezuela. Many of his teammates had pro (or even MLB) experience but he does not appear to have played in the pro ranks (though DSL data pre-2005 is hard to track down).
